The Internet is full of opportunities to make money online, and Google Adsense can be one of the best ones if you get it right! This article will show you how to earn money with Google Adsense by looking at ways to monetize your content and increase your traffic since that’s the easiest way to generate earnings on the Adsense platform. But first, let’s see how this program works!

What is Adsense?

AdSense is a service provided by Google that allows you to display relevant ads on your website. This way, when your visitors are browsing through your website, they see an ad that is related to your content. And when they click it, you earn some money. How?

What is Google AdSense?: Google AdSense is an online advertising service that places relevant ads on your website. In return, you get paid a fee every time someone clicks on an ad, or even when they just view it. With Google AdSense, you can customize what kinds of ads appear and where they are displayed. Just sign up for an account and add a piece of code to your website template.

Why should you use ad sense?

Google AdSense, a popular Google product, is a great way to make some cash on your website. Of course, it doesn’t happen by accident. There are specific requirements that need to be met in order for Google to give you approval for ad placement. If you want more information about how you get AdSense approval and how much google Adsense pay then read my post from start to the end so that all your questions regarding getting Adsense approval will be answered.

How does it work?

Google AdSense is a very simple and effective way of making money online. As a publisher, you place a small Google code or javascript (it may not work on all websites) onto your website and when visitors visit your site they are shown advertisements that Google thinks will be most relevant for them. Each time someone clicks on an advertisement, you get paid… it’s as simple as that.

Google serves targeted advertisements based on your website content. Depending on what you’re advertising and who you’re advertising it to, Google will serve different ads to your visitors. How much an ad cost is determined by how many people are bidding for it (CPC) or how likely that specific person is to click on it (CPM). You set a maximum amount of money you’re willing to spend per day and Google will try its best not to go over that amount.

You get paid for every click on an ad, but it may take several days for Google to transfer your earnings into your bank account. Where can you apply for an account?

The best part about Google AdSense is that you can apply and get approved for an account using nothing more than a Web browser. Yes, no matter where you live or how old you are, it’s possible to make money using Google Ads if you meet all of their requirements. Google takes great care in ensuring your safety when making money online, so rest assured knowing your personal information is safe with them.

Once you’ve been approved, it’s time to get ready for your first earnings report. Google Ads is one of many ways that you can make money online, and there are very few requirements outside of meeting their age requirement (13+) and having a valid email address. Most advertisers pay around $0.75 per click, so if someone clicks on an ad on your site and goes on to make a purchase, you could be looking at some nice profits.

Select a website, blog, or channel you want to monetize

To monetize your website or channel, you need a Google AdSense account. This is not as easy as it sounds because Google has some very specific requirements for approving sites that want to use their advertising service. However, if you can meet those requirements (and follow all of our tips) then you’ll be well on your way to making some serious cash through Google’s very powerful Adsense program. So let’s get started!

You should also be aware that Google will not allow you to monetize videos on your website unless you own or have exclusive rights to all of that content. If someone else owns any part of it, then it’s not yours and Google won’t let you make any money from Adsense. You’ll need an exclusive license, whatever that is.

They also won’t let you monetize any website/youtube channel that contains content about illegal or violent activities, or any content that is hate speech in nature. If you’re creating a website for an organization like a school, church, etc. then Google requires that it’s a non-profit organization. Finally, they will not let you monetize any websites whose main purpose is selling adult products or services of any kind.

Apply via email and wait for approval (check the spam folder if you haven’t heard from them within 7 days)

If you are applying as a small business, in addition to providing your website information, you will be asked to provide more details about your company. If you have several years of operating history, share it! If not, don’t worry; Google is just looking for evidence that you are an established entity and not some fly-by-night operation.

Approved websites make between $1.25 and $3 per 1,000 impressions. The amount you make will depend on a number of factors including:

How to get started for Google Adsense

First, you will need a website that meets Google’s approval standards (refer to our post on how to get google AdSense approved ) and has enough content for Google to consider it viable. Google suggests about one hundred unique pages of text per month for a small-to-medium-sized website, so make sure you have an adequate amount of text before approaching them. If you have that, then it’s time to start thinking about your site.

First and foremost, your website should be mobile-friendly. Google prioritizes mobile sites in its search engine, so if you don’t have a mobile version of your site (or at least a responsive design), you won’t get very far in using AdSense for monetization. Once you have a decent amount of text on your website, it’s time to submit it for review by Google.

Once your website has been approved, it’s time to set up your ads. There are three main types of ads you can use: Display and Video, Search, and Content. Which ones you choose will be determined by a variety of factors, including what type of website you have and how much content you want on each page. For most websites, I recommend using both display and video ads. This ensures that your site is monetized in an optimal way.

Find your ad code and paste it into your website HTML code

The first step is finding your Google AdSense ad code. Once you have that, open up a text editor (like Notepad) and copy-paste your ad code into it.

Now that you have your ad code on your computer, you’ll need to paste it into your website’s HTML code. A little-known fact about Google AdSense is that you can have multiple ad codes on a single website. This means if you want more ads running on your site or want to try multiple different types of ads, simply paste another line of code after finding your first one. Keep doing that until you have all of your ad codes in place.

Double-check that your articles are monetized.

You want to make sure your articles are monetized. To check, open Google AdSense in another tab and click my ads. If you don’t see ads on your site, click publisher settings. Select Enable/Disable next to Ads on pages where my ad units are located. If your site isn’t approved yet, Google will tell you why they rejected it and how you can fix it.

Once you’ve submitted your application, it may take 1-2 weeks for Google to review and approve your site. You can check on your status in Publisher Center.

Wait up to 48 hours until they review your account. If approved start earning money!
Once you’ve applied for Google Adsense, make sure you follow their guidelines. We suggest using our guide on how to make money blogging with Google Adsense as a place to start. If your application is approved you can start earning money very quickly; if not, it’s probably due to not meeting their guidelines so check out our post on Google AdSense requirements and see where you went wrong. Either way, good luck, and happy blogging!
